Our store is hosted on WordPress. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

  1. Do not upload offensive comments or material to chouxalacreme.co.uk These will be deleted and posts that break the law may be reported to the police.

Online Orders

  1. Due to the nature of production goods ordered in a specific colour, flavour and appearance may or may not be the exact equivalent of any pictures or samples provided in advance. We cannot take responsibility for any damage caused by our couriers mishandling of the parcel, and will not offer a refund or replacement.
  2. We send our products fresh and they are best kept cool in the fridge for between 4-5 days. All our products are best consumed at room temperature.
  3. All specifications are approximate only and as the product is handmade, subject to some variation and deviation.
  4. All online orders are final, cancellations are not available.
  5. In the event that there is a pricing error on the website we will not be bound to honour any orders made at that price.
  6. All orders are final. Orders placed Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays will be treated as having been received on the following working day. We unfortunately cannot amend any orders once placed as we have a small team and aren’t able to make changes to flavours, box size, delivery date or address.
